This is an update that I was given just a few moments ago and this is the latest that I have for the current status of this datacenter move. This is not an official announcement from Navisite, this is from contacts I’ve made during this process.
At approximately 8:00am sites began coming online. However, the NOC was then attacked by a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. This forced us to unbind all IP addresses from the local routers and we’re installing a new Tipping Point Hardware Firewall to fight off the attack. Our goal is to install the new Hardware and have things operational as soon as possible. The current ETA is within the next 2-4 hours.
